Already assumes you know how to do a squat clean.聽 If you don鈥檛, make sure you go back and watch that video.聽
Essentially, what we鈥檙e going to be doing is a squat clean and then, when we鈥檙e in the lower position, we鈥檙e going to drive out the hole and punch the arms overhead.聽
So, we almost he a thruster after we鈥檝e done the squat clean.聽

Lining up those ankle bones with the kettlebell.聽
Chopping and dropping the hips.聽
Hands on bell, squeezing shoulder blades back and down.聽
High pull dropping into low squat.聽 So high pull, low squat.聽
Drive out the hole, punch arms overhead.聽 Keep the abs strong.聽
Get the kettlebell back to chest.聽
Reset to floor.
Pack shoulders, push floor away, squat clean, punch overhead.聽
Reset, find your hinge, pack shoulder, drive up, squat clean, punch kettlebell overhead.聽
That is the kettlebell head cutter.聽
Your prime movers are going to be hamstrings, glutes, erectors and abs.聽
For the squat clean we鈥檙e going to be using the quads and then, for the press overhead, we鈥檙e going to be using the muscles of the shoulder.聽
