However, the requirement to change my Sim card has denigrated my experience to the point that I am looking at possibly changing carriers. four times I he contacted Consumer Cellular about extending the number of rings from 3 to 6, which is what I had prior to the Sim card change. No matter what I do the most I get is 22 seconds and four rings. I do not he my phone attached to my hip, and that is not enough time to allow me to get to my phone. The last time I called about this, I was told there was nothing else they could do and it was a problem with the device. How could the device cause problems that I didn’t he before the Sim card change?In addition, most of the time I only he one bar of service. Twice they he downloaded data to supposedly improve the service and I received two bars for several hours to two days, then I am back to one bar.I he gone from being a highly satisfied customer to being one who is barely hanging on.
