Greetings fellow reviewers and readers, My friend and I went to India Gate tonight and we were NOT disappointed. We were greeted by a chirpy young Indian man at the foot of the stairs who took us to our table and immediately set up a small fan heater to keep us nice and toasty warm on this chilly evening (and we didn’t even ask for it). I knew straight away we were in for a good night. The set-up was divine, it wasn’t too bright and the music was set at a calm tone – India Gate is an excellent restaurant to enjoy a nice hot meal after a hard days work. The service, the taste and the setting was absolutely marvellous!!! Every 15mins a bright and bubbly waiter/waitress would check up on our table to see if we needed anything else. This was perfect as we needed more rice and more drinks as the evening progressed. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone who enjoys real rich Indian food, Excellent Customer Service and a kick-back relaxing evening. Thanks again India Gate! Next time, I’m bringing all 34 members of my family. I hope you got room for all of us!
