This four-part workshop series, AI for Administrative Staff, will guide you through the process of creating and managing your very own "Digital Intern" using Gemini. Designed specifically for the administrative staff at L&C, this series will equip you with the skills to streamline daily tasks, enhance your productivity, and work smarter. Starting with the fundamentals of what AI is and how to use it safely, we will progress through basic and advanced prompting techniques, culminating in your ability to build custom, reusable instructions to automate your most common workflows. All sessions will be held virtually, and will include some hands-on work. Workshops will be recorded. You don't he to attend all sessions, but they are designed to scaffold from one to the next.
