Roblox appears to be experiencing a major outage. Most pages across the website (excluding Creator Hub, and individual game pages) are either infinitely loading, or returning the error {"code":9007,"message":"Service Instances Unailable"}. This issue is occurring globally and is not isolated to a specific region or service.

In addition to the web platform being inaccessible, critical backend services are failing. Core APIs, including DataStores, are not functioning correctly, causing experiences to fail when loading, sing, or retrieving player data. As a result, live games are actively losing data or are unable to persist progress, creating a serious risk of permanent data loss for users.
At the time of writing, there has been no public acknowledgement or status update from Roblox engineers despite the scale and severity of the outage. The lack of communication makes it difficult for developers to take mitigation steps or safely shut down affected systems while data integrity is compromised.
