I’ve been using this app for years. Hing the wallet feature has been a plus because I didn’t need to carry my physical card with me. I’ve had a few problems recently. The most recent was yesterday. I went to pay at the self-checkout. I had already checked to make sure I was connected to the WiFi. My wallet feature would not open. I tried closing the app and reopening but it wouldn’t work. The only thing I could do was try to sign in, but I don’t know my password. I always use facial recognition to sign in. That wasn’t working. I don’t know why. I had loaded digital coupons that morning and there was no problem then. I did not accidentally sign out as the app stated “hello, Leslie “ at the top. Why wasn’t the wallet working? I ended up using a bank credit card because I needed to go home. When I went home I checked the wallet and it still wouldn’t open. I didn’t feel like dealing with it then. I tried again this morning with the intention of resigning in. To my surprise it opened the wallet like it was supposed to. It would help if it worked in the store. I did not get my 5% discount for using my RedCard. This has happened before and I spoke with a representative, or actually several, who said I would be credited but I never was. I assume there was a glitch in the app. Do I need to go back to carrying my card?
