Although a slight wait was required and expected for services needed due to my nearly closing time arrival I must say that Mrs CeCi Butler was very patient, informative and kind spirited while assisting me. She was very thorough in answering my questions and opening my accounts. I appreciate that she did not make me uncomfortable although it was near closing time. Something that is rare now a days. Mr Tyrrell was also very sufficient in assisting me in finalizing the opening of my new accounts. Not what I expected from previous reviews It was quite a pleasant experience if I may say.

I had a cd at 5% for 5 months…When it automatically renewed the rate was switched to .05%. Instead of getting the $2200 Iwas expecting , I got $22. They said “well it was all in that super fine print”. Who the hell would agree to that unless they were tricked into it…I will be cancelling all accounts with Truist now that I he learned they are one of the worst most crooked banks in the country…Beware people…look at those statements carefully…If they can get a few customers at each branck to fall for this ,they make millions of scammed money….
