🔠 If they had to give two-cents worth, this time they’d give a PENNY,The both of them do FIXATE on the puzzle, thinking…plenty…….Of thought they’ll need for this solve…her GUESS as good as his,That they may need to NESTLE in…to make some sense of thisThese words… and all the letters…what will they be revealing…This Jumble’s giving both of them a quite UNEASY FEELING…🔠
Looks like this puzzle’s put a SPELL on them!…
So…Today…A typical morning in any town USA…And we meet our couple,Henry WORDSworth Longfellow, and his wife, Glenn PROSE. Jumble veterans, they’ve been playing the game for years, but on this day, it seems to be hing their brains SCRAMBLING…Rattled by the 17 letters needed to solve the puzzle, they can’t see the forest for the CHINESE…It’s not a tough one at all…The clues are all there…they all BUILD up to the answer…especially with the quotation marks…But let’s put that aside for now, and WORK on today’s EASY solve first…
With the word “Difficult” (=UNEASY) in our question, and Henry’s dialogue, “I’m afraid” (=a FEELING)…this easy, breezy one SPELLED success for sure…Our couple had an…UNEASY FEELING… https://tinyurl.com/2zc54u8f ….But as far as we’re concerned, we’re FELLING fine…
…And as for the Jumble that has our couple stumped? The words: PARTY, SPOIL, APIECE, and INVERT. The “INDUSTRIOUS TAIWANESE Fellow? He’s from Taiwan, and mentions the CAPITAL = TAIPEI. And the woman he’s speaking with says, “ Nothing gets in your way” = “industrious” = a “Type A” person…. And with the quotation marks?…He had a…”TAIPEI” PERSONALITY…And for those of us who do also…there was no need to SEARCH for this solve…this one solved itself…
Jeff’s💎Gems? The puzzle is reflected on Glenn‘s phone. The puzzle in a puzzle speaks for itself…it’s…And the partially hidden puzzle under the Jumble, is “Boggle” https://tinyurl.com/4wj2bb3k another great word game by Did and Jeff. If you’ve never played it, and you consider yourself a true wordsmith, give it a try. I’m sure you’ll enjoy the challenge…
So…There you he it, Folks…Done…and Done. He a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend, who we refuse to play Scrabble with anymore. As I’m sure you can imagine, I take my games very seriously and not only can’t he spell to se his life, he acts so infanTILE about some words, and hing him keep score is atrocious. Let’s face it, “I” FOR ONE” want to be sure the game’s always fair…For me, it’s all about DECODE of ethics…In fact, my sister-in-law wanted to keep score one night, and I WOODEN LETTER…If you were ever privy to her budgeting skills…well…I doubt I need to SPELL it out for you. But ever since…both her and my brother? …THESAURUS upset with me…Anyway, bottom line, we had to ban my friend from playing…since he was getting us all sick to our stomachs. And we finally realized that he obviously suffers from Irritable VOWEL Syndrome and he’s just plain CONSONANTipated…and he was spreading it around…So before he RACKed another game night for us, we READ him the riot act. And the WORD on the street now is that he’s on the lookout for other people to play with…Good luck with that…Him get in with another group? …Let’s be honest here…I’m a true Scrabble aficionado…and I know there’s no F in WAY…🔠🙋🏻♀️
