Instagram Support Team, I hope you will find this message on time . Since I am trying to contact you via email for last ~2 years. This is to bring in your attention that my account was asking for DOB in my main account. I provided the DOB but next day it started asking for DOB in my sub account “versealcazer” and by default it took current date as DOB and as a result, my account blocked automatically. When I tried to login, it was asking for appeal and legal proof which is against Right to privacy. Despite this, I try to provide the proof then it’s shows “account is invalid”. It’s been almost 2 years and I tried to communicate through my main account and email as well. Tried to contact customer care but unfortunately there is no such helpline exists for customer for Instagram. Even chat box provided only limited option. Will anyone read these review or can anyone help me with account recovery?? Kindly help… My account is completely blocked . Kindly help , it’s unfair to block a sub account on wrong information which is taken default by your system yet correct information is provided in main account many times.
