My first two Orders I've Consistently had to talk to customer service to fix issues that I've never had problems with with any other carrier . Lay out is to trick you into buying prime i shouldn't he to dodge that screen everytime i try to buy something and accidentally spend 16 dollars and not notice till the next day? (which isn't even involved in my actual problem with this app) I contacted customer service about my issue on my most recent order and they did not follow my instructions and i had to contact them AGAIN to fix the issue after the time had passed . I still don't know if it's going to be fixed correctly and i'll receive my money back for something i had already payed for ?? but why he i had so much complications in such a short amount of time as my first experience? I think overall i would rather wait a little long to receive something if it means that i don't he to contact customer service twice for my last order and again multiple times for my other previous and wait another 3 days to refund the issue they caused and pray they got the detailed right and deliver my stuff On time which i wasn't even worried about bc i placed this order a WEEK ago why am i stressing about that at all? Im so done with this app Its just getting outdated there customer service is sub par so for it to be sub par and he issues frequently is just not worth .
