Needed my windshield replaced and was referred to this business by my insurance company. When the appointment was made over the phone by the corporate office, I asked how long it would take and I was told about 1.5 - 2 hours and I could just wait at the location. So I went prepared with water and a book. I was willing to wait in the waiting room which is very clean. The staff saw that I was going to wait and spoke to the head person and before I knew it they were offering to drive me home and come back it get me when the car was ready. They were so nice and accommodating!! I which I had body work that needed to be done on the car too! The driver, Bryant, was new but very friendly, respectful and professional. I brought my car back in a couple of days after Gerber had finished the repairs. There wad a light on the dash. Carlos looked at it immediately, determined it was just a low tire warning, filled the tire, and I was on my way. My mistake! I would recommend Gerber to anyone--excellent body work and outstanding customer service.

Carlos V. is one of the most professional estimators I've ever dealt with. He made my whole experience a good one. I was so upset about my accident but his gentle calming voice assured me I had taken my car to the right shop. Do to unfortunate circumstances I found that someone hit me while I was in a store. Needless to say my car is not even 6 months old and I was totally upset. It had been recommended to check this location out, let me tell you, I am beyond grateful and totally impressed by the customer service and outstanding workmanship Eduardo M. put into my experience with this establishment. My car came out looking better then when I purchased it and drove it off the dealership lot. It was like nothing ever happened.
