Tasks that used to be quick and seamless now take much longer to complete, and the app occasionally freezes or crashes.I he attempted to resolve the issue by closing and reopening the app, as well as clearing the app's cache, but unfortunately, these steps he not improved the performance. I he also reached out to your support team multiple times for assistance, but I he not received a satisfactory response. As an enthusiastic user, I value the app's features and functionality. However, the recent decline in performance has been quite frustrating, and it hinders my overall experience. I kindly request that you investigate this matter further and work towards resolving the performance issues promptly. I appreciate the hard work and effort put into creating and updating the app, and I believe in its potential. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and take the necessary steps to address the performance issues. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
