I am deeply dissatisfied with the paid advertising services on Zomato. Despite running ads for our cafe, Cafe Amistoso, there has been no improvement in our visibility or customer traffic. Our cafe remains practically invisible, overshadowed by less relevant sponsored content. We invested a considerable amount of money with the expectation of gaining more exposure and attracting customers, but the return on investment is dismal. It feels like our funds are being wasted without any tangible benefit.To make matters worse, the support team is hopeless and useless. Whenever we reached out for help, we received generic responses that failed to address our specific concerns. The lack of effective support has left us feeling ignored and frustrated, as our issues remain unresolved.As a small business, we rely on platforms like Zomato to grow, but the current state of their paid ads and support is severely undermining our efforts. We urge Zomato to improve the performance of their ads and provide genuine assistance to their partners. Until then, I cannot recommend using Zomato for business promotion.
