In 2017, while doing an International Volunteering in New York, Rebecca decided to resign and set up her own business in the Big Apple. Wanting to honor a country and the products she loves, Rebecca Tison launched Barachou, a shop specialized in cream puffs in the very heart of Manhattan.
Six months after the opening, Rebecca faced the immense challenge of COVID-19. Not letting herself be taken down, the young manager overcame the pandemic and emerged stronger.
Starting from nothing but now at the head of a flourishing business, Rebecca can count on a team of seven people and now wishes to open a new location in one of the other four boroughs of New York and continue to spread the cream puffs in New York!
