This is probably the worse collaboration. I he no issue with instacart, whenever there is an issue it gets resolved quick meanwhile if your order food and it somehow gets delivered to a different location and you contact support it’ll take you with ubereats and they are the worse. I placed an order that I never received which I immediately made a complaint but I was unable to receive a refund due to lack of information even tho there’s a clear photo of where the food was dropped off plus I he cameras on my property and not once did someone go to deliver. Told I would be contacted within 7-10 days regarding the issue plus a refund but I never did get either or. I once again tried contacting support about it which they responding with “ I'm sorry to hear that your order from Sunny & Fine's Breakfast Burritos was delivered to the wrong location. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially since you reached out to us immediately after the issue occurred. We're sorry to hear there was an issue with your order.Unfortunately, because you contacted us more than 48 hours after placing your order, it cannot be adjusted. “ like seriously… not even after I sent proof of where it had been delivered plus the emails i received from Uber eats to continue the issue which led for it to say it no longer can receive emails?? It’s all just a scam. I waited days when I was told they would reach out and all for them to say they cannot help.
