I tried to do a deal with Reverb and they wanted me to he a Revolut card. I had one and canceled it in November. Now I reactivated the account. Revolut will not allow me to ADD MONEY. They he my bank account and balance (Bank of America) and I get error “Error, try again later” (I’ve tried at least 10 times over the past so days)…. It asks for an ATM card and I put that in (same bank) and when I press continue I get a message “account closed” Again, that’s old news from November and the account is now open and showing in the app. I tried the “deposit at one of our 90,000 locations”. Revolut ge me locations. Hit one nearby and now it shows GPS to get there (this one was a 7/11 store). Clerk had no idea. They had an ATM there but it was the cheaper kind that doesn’t allow any deposits, only withdrawals. So where was I supposed to deposit the money. Knowledge base is typical AI baloney giving boilerplate answers that don’t apply. Customer Service Chat ge me the following messages: “You’re important to us”, “Busier than usual, please do not close this window or you go to the back of the line”, and finally “A customer service rep will be with you in about 1 day”…… So I should stay at the computer with the chat window open for the next 24 hours????? That is not AI…. That is more like AU (artificial unintelligence).
