i only rated this 5 stars so my review will be seen. So basically i ordered a cookie tote from mcdonalds on doordash right? I then got the cookie tote. my dasher also informed me that she was waiting more than 15 minutes for the cookie tote and then they ge it to her after so long. So the problem here is that i did NOT receive all 13 cookies and before u think no my dasher didn’t eat them or anything. But Mcdonald’s did not put all 13 of them in there and to make it worse there wasn’t even 10 cookies in the tote?!!??!?! So i then requested a refund and they denied it? so i did it again and once again it got denied??? So i contacted physical online support and they didn’t even try to help or look into it. i wrote to them about what happened and they literally said since it has already been reviewed i’m ending this chat now? Like what that’s so rude all because for one i didn’t receive my full order and now y’all wanna deny me a refund? i feel that it is unfair and i am starting to slowly dislike doordash it bad enough it already expensive but to not give someone there money back is crazy i feel i should he gotten my money back or at least half of what i paid you know? I’m really disappointed in doordash i even attached a image proving it and they still denied me a refund. just lame doordash. will not be returning to order from u guys after that.
