Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Jonathan Fitzpatrick leads one of the world's largest restaurant brands, with nearly 37,000 restaurants around the world. With more than two decades of franchising and quick service restaurant experience, Jonathan has a proven track record of elevating sales and operational performance across global networks.
Previously, Jonathan served as President and CEO of Driven Brands, where he led a best-in-class team to 17 consecutive quarters of same-store sales growth. Before joining Driven Brands, Jonathan served in a range of senior leadership positions at Burger King, including Executive Vice President, Chief Brand and Operations Officer. In the global role, Jonathan led the single largest menu overhaul in the brand's history, simplified restaurant operations and reimagined the guest experience while modernizing the restaurant's global image.
Jonathan began his career at Diageo, where he was based in London and Dublin, and later served as president and COO of Texas Digital Systems. He also currently serves as Non-Executive Chair of the Board of Directors for Driven Brands. A Dublin native, Jonathan holds a bachelor’s and graduate degrees from University College Dublin.
