Contact Center
Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Contact Center offers a callback option to enhance service. The Contact Center is closed on State Bar holidays.
To speak with a representative, please call 800-843-9053 if you are in California. You must he the caller ID option enabled on your phone to use this service. Check your phone's Settings option to enable it, or call your phone carrier to enable it. If you are calling from out-of-state, please call 415-538-2000.
