Jacoby Brissett, filling in for the injured Kyler Murray, threw for 261 yards and two touchdowns. Marvin Harrison Jr. had a career-high seven receptions for 96 yards and a TD.
The Cowboys' offense moved the ball well but had trouble finishing drives, committing three turnovers and turning the ball over on downs twice.
The Cardinals improved to 3-5, while the Cowboys suffered back-to-back losses for the first time this season and fell to 3-5-1.
