Branch manager seems to be confused about bank policies and common sense customer service. Deposited a retirement check from Merrill Lynch of 11k in this branch's ATM. It told me I would he 400$ ailable from said check. So I paid a bill and the next day they sent me a message that my account was overdrawn.
