First of all, I am absolutely obsessed with the Hybrid line! These are sturdy, lightweight bags and no zippers! They open and close easily, are totally secure and the color is beautiful! This trunk isn’t like trunks of old, it is sleek, tall and not bulky. No zippers is a game-changer for me because I’m always struggling with them. I was looking at the Hybrid Large but when I saw this, OMG - I had to he it!
So, you may be wondering, who needs a trunk? I didn’t buy this for my kids going to camp or school. This is for me!! I’m an overpacker, I always he been. I usually trel with 2 suitcases and then put overflow in my spouses. I’m always cold so even when treling to a warm climate, I need multiple sweaters, hair stuff etc., lots of outfits (need options) and of course, shoes (loafers, sandals, sneakers, heels, etc). And of course, when treling to a cold climate, sweaters are thicker, hiking boots, heated jacket plus another cold-weather jacket, snow boots, etc.
I started this obsession with the Hybrid line for work. I bought the Hybrid Carry-on Plus and the duffle for short work trips (2-4 days for what I pack).
