FBRN is being faced with an increasing number of dogs who are ill, handicapped, or need expensive veterinary care before being placed. The financial drain has been huge, with recent veterinary bills alone exceeding $32,000 per month. Adoption fees, our Rescue Shopping Mall, and Zazzle sales are just not enough anymore.
