I he had to use this app for several months now and weekly, sometimes daily, there is an issue that gets brought to my attention about it. It’s super buggy all the time. Employees constantly he to delete and reinstall to get things working properly. I am constantly in conversation with customer support and they always need screenshots or videos to back your claim or else your ticket doesn’t get submitted. And to add to that, customer support is no help at all. There’s no way to know that they’re even working on an issue you presented to them. There’s no guarantee when they email you an issue had been resolved that it actually was(they told me this directly). And they continue to gaslight you when you when you bring an issue to them by saying you somehow caused it or make you seem stupid. I he also received direct misinformation about how a feature is supposed to work from a customer support rep after trying to get them to help me fix something for weeks. It’s incredibly frustrating trying to work with them to get things fixed and working again. I he had a ticket submitted for an issue for over 2 months at minimum and never get any updates, never know when it’ll be fixed, nothing. It’s always something with this app and it’s never a good experience talking with them.

Your review states the exact opposite so it means we must take a closer look at it to understand what's wrong. I want to take care of this personally myself so please email me at chen@connecteam.com so we can communicate.As for issues with the app - if there is an issue the team can't replicate, it's almost impossible to understand what needs to be fixed. For example, if you he complaints about issues uploading an image in a chat conversation, but all our automated and manual tests cannot reproduce such issue, we then need more information like videos and screenshots so we can understand what may lead to that issue, and sometimes that means asking some questions. As for an issue you were told would get fixed and it wasn't, we'll need to look specifically into that. As this review is anonymous, there's not much we can do from here.
