I review this company daily giving it a score of one star,(unfortunately I can't give Ali Express a score of zero). This company won't address it's customers issues, so I ask you to review it negatively on a daily basis. Your reviews are being read by the general public. This will force ALI EXPRESS to either close or become a more reliable platform to buy on.

Once you open an account it's impossible to delete YOUR account without the permission of Ali Express. I was asked for money so that my account could be closed and deleted. A representative asked me to acknowledge receipt of an undelivered item. So that my money would be passed on even though I received nothing. I am, and continue to be held to ransom, I am still requesting to delete my Ali Express account. Without success.
Yes this is EXTORTION
I don't want to receive anything from this company. Nothing gets delivered anyway, and if I'm lucky I MAYBE refunded in eight months time. Depending on how the higher team feel.
