I had opted for a free trial of Canva Pro and subsequently forgot to cancel the same. As I had a team member of my team, the amount was charged for both of us. Being a student, this was an immense expense that derailed my budget for the month, and possibly the year. Nonetheless, Once I approached Canva and explained my problem, the team offered a full refund as a gesture of good will. Additionally giving me 90 days on the subscription, free of charge to reconsider re-purchasing the subscription. This was more than I expected and unbelievably nice of them! I’ve been using Canva for more than 5 years now and he really gotten my family and colleagues on board the Canva Bandwagon. We love it.
