We recently ordered two pizzas from stoners and was hing it delivered. It stated that GrubHub would deliver it. I had tried to change it due to the fees that we would pick it up. I wasn’t sure if that went through so I called the store and was told oh no that’s GrubHub. Pizza supposed to be ready in 15-20 minutes. I think it was 30-40 I’m not sure. We got a call from the store saying our pizza was there and a delivery service never picked it up. We were good with that and picked it up.When we open the boxes, we realize the order was incorrect We called the store. I told him I could bring it back in the next day. The girl said no she would lee a message for the manager. I he spoke to someone at the store not sure if it was the manager ; hopefully not the owner, though I think it was. And he and he said that their delivery service w I guess I can take a picture. Because I’m posting it on other things as DoorDash so he didn’t know what I was talking about or who I ordered from . So I contacted Toast who they use for orders and was told they use various delivery companies and GrubHub is one of them. Again, another reason why I hope that’s not the owner who should know how his company operates.Bottom line if you he a problem with your pizza you’re gonna get screwed. I would certainly order from other reputable Because this is not one of them.
