However, although TNT Sports is showing on my account under My Products, if I go to channel 410/11/13/14 (the 4 TNT Sports channels) on my Q Box, I get a message onscreen saying I need to upgrade my package to receive this channel, and to hit the red button to upgrade…
I phoned Sky, and they tell me that their system says that TNT is active on my account, so it should be viewable on my Q box…they he arranged a call back tomorrow to discuss it, but they said once it is activated on my account, it should be ailable instantly on my box…
Very strange…
