“Love this place and the staff but this morning we went to Starbucks at Dell Range and Windmill only to find the Handicapped Parking spaces blocked by an inconsiderate jerk who managed to park his unlicensed 4wheel ATV in the NO PARKING section between the 2 handicapped parking spaces. Yes, the section with the diagonal white lines designated for people loading and unloading their wheelchairs from a side door. He even blocked off the ramp which enabled easy access to the sidewalk thereby forcing those with wheelchairs/walkers to go over the curb. If he had a license plate I would report him to the police but all I he is this picture to share on Facebook (can't post pic on this page). Thanks for letting me vent.“
