The Advisor Office (AO) provides a range of services to workers and employers to help them appeal WCB’s decisions. We offer advice, representation, and advocacy services. We are independent from the WCB.
The AO is a program established by the Government of Alberta. Our services are offered at no charge to workers or employers.
The Advisor Office has two branches. They work independently of each other.
Worker Advisors provide support and advice to injured workers who need help with reviews and appeals related to a WCB claim. Employer Advisors provide support and advice to employers who need help with reviews and appeals related to a WCB account or claim matter.You can fill out our online form and someone will contact you.
