Volunteer Family Medicine & Urgent Care, LLC opened its doors on November 7, 2022. Our mission statement is “Providing Quality Care When You Need It Most!” We are a family medicine primary care office and an urgent care under one roof. We offer open access scheduling with same day appointments and walk-in appointments ailable daily. Any necessary testing will be completed either in our in-house lab, or sent to a nearby reference laboratory. It is the purpose of this practice to accept new and established patients of all ages to improve the health of residents of Madison and the surrounding counties.
