Today I tried to subscribe on my apple app store the family premium with the offer of a one month free trial. But it seemed it didn’t work as i still saw ads and cannot download. So i went to purchase and subscribe, it didn’t show i he subscription and so i hit the button again. But still i saw ads. Being very frustrated, i was even more infuriated because i saw i was charged twice, $128 and $118. I don’t know what happened. And i found no proper way to get help.
