The Dallas Cowboys can celebrate Christmas with a win.
After a strong start, Dak Prescott and the Cowboys held on to defeat the Washington Commanders 30-23. There were some positives and a few negatives. With one game left on its schedule, Dallas has some momentum it can build from.

- 4:40 left in the fourth: Dallas is sustaining a long drive in the fourth quarter. The Cowboys hold a 7-point lead and face a critical third down as they look to put this one away.
- 13:36 left in the fourth: Suddenly, the Commanders he a chance. The Cowboys sent Brandon Aubrey out for his third field goal attempt of the day. This one went wide right from 58 yards.
Dallas still leads by seven.
