I am extremely disappointed with this app due to suspicious and unprofessional behior. Without any prior notice or authorization, funds were withdrawn from my account. This raises serious concerns about the integrity of the platform and the possibility of internal misconduct.I reached out to customer support, but their responses were vague and unhelpful. It feels like there’s no accountability or proper explanation for how or why this happened. Users should not he to worry about their money disappearing due to what seems like an inside job.I strongly advise others to oid using this app until the developers take immediate action to improve transparency, secure user accounts, and address these alarming issues. My trust in this platform has been completely broken.
