On this 1-hour tour you will walk up to 2.5km and climb and descend around 300 stairs. There is no lift access and no opportunity to sit and rest during the tour. Please expect to be on your feet for the full hour.
This tour is not suitable for wheelchairs and walkers. If you use a wheelchair or walker, we recommend our Mobility Access Tour that runs daily, which follows a step-free route and is designed for visitors with mobility needs.
Other walking aids (such as a single stick or crutch) may be permitted at the discretion of our team, but please be aware that the tour moves at a steady pace and cannot be significantly slowed. For your safety and comfort, and to ensure a good experience for all guests, we may need to move your booking to our Mobility Access Tour instead. If we do this, there will be no extra charge; if a suitable tour is not ailable, we will provide a full refund.
