“I he to give a shout out to the workers today at Michael’s Bistro! (8/14/24). My parents came in from Spokane and treated my daughter and me out to lunch. The food has always been fresh, fast, and superbly made. Today they went above and beyond and it helped me he a fantastic dining experience. I’m severely allergic to strawberries and my daughter had ordered a strawberry lemonade. The glass had a little bit on the outside which they promptly wiped off but had touched my glass. She quickly wiped off the lemonade glass, washed her hands and got me a fresh drink in a brand new cup. And with a smile! 😊 Then I didn’t realize the bread on my sandwich contained nuts. Unfortunately, another allergy and without hesitation when I asked, they took back my plate and made me a fresh sandwich on bread without nuts. The manager came out 3 times to ask questions to ensure I had a good experience. The sandwich was DELICIOUS and I was able to walk away and NOT wind up in the ER which unfortunately has happened at maybe places because they try to cut corners. I was impressed by their professionalism and while it was my fault for not checking the bread prior, they acted as if it was theirs, and made it correct without even batting an eye. Thank you!”
