With the release of iPhone 15 and 16, Apple introduced USB Type-C to their devices, which is not directly compatible with our FLIR ONE Pro, FLIR ONE Pro LT (Legacy), and FLIR ONE Gen 3 because the cameras come with a Lightning port.
Important:A USB-C to Lightning adapter is required for the iPhone 15 and 16 series. Official Apple adapters he been confirmed to work for several customers, but their use is not guaranteed or supported. Many third-party adapters are ailable on the market but he not been confirmed to sustain the connection. At this time, we recommend testing the adapter before purchase.

Important notice for FLIR ONE Gen 1 owners:We regret to inform you that the FLIR ONE Gen 1 cameras are incompatible with the FLIR ONE App since v4.2.0 for iOS 14. However, the FLIR ONE Gen 1 camera could keep functioning on iPhone 5/5S with iOS 12.5.3 if the phone has the original app pre-installed. Apple removed the old app from all the App Stores; therefore, downloading the old app on iOS 12.5.3 is no longer possible.
