I he been trying to communicate with airbnb for the last 2 days and no one responds my messages. i had previously booked and airbnb and didn’t find it to my convenience so i decided to cancel and book a different one. two days later i booked another airbnb and got accepted and my money taken, within two hours airbnb cancelled my stay without any notice or warning. I had to communicate with support and they had told me my card was giving problems and to use a gift card instead, i had waited until the next day to receive my money back to buy a $740 gift card, put it on my account and then try and book another airbnb to get an error and not being allowed to book. after hours of trying to communicate with support they had told me that my account was restricted which is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable that the last person that talked to me wasn’t able to tell me this so i wouldn’t but a balance on my account and not be able to book when i need a reservation for march 7-9 for my birthday weekend and now he no way to access the funds, after communicating again with support they told me i would be able to book a hotel stay after 24 hours and it’s been 3 days and i still hen’t been able to book anything and i’ve been trying to communicate for 2 days 2 DAYS!!!! with support and he gotten no response when i need a stay in 5 days and he $740 frozen here and can’t do anything and you guys won’t do anything about this !!
