The app immediately solicited a review before I even got to try it. Then it tries to upsell you immediately to the paid version. One was $5/week after a three day trial. The other one was $24 something a year which I might he considered if they presented me, a new user, with a good experience. Since they lost my respect for their efforts right out of the chocks, I deleted the app. Now I get a network error when I try to use my original remote 🤕. They also said se the world by losing the need to buy batteries. I can buy a whole bunch of remote batteries at even the apps annual rate of $24. Very poor user experience before even getting to find out if the app is any good. Now I he to see if I can get my network error fixed that trying this app caused! After a factory reset, I am once again able to use my TV.
Developer Response Oct 19 We appreciate your detailed feedback and are truly sorry to hear about your experience. It's concerning that the app prompted for a review too soon and didn't provide a positive first impression. Your insights on the pricing and user experience are invaluable. We're glad to hear your TV is working again!
