Trouble has mounted for RCB star Yash Dayal as he has been slapped with more gre sexual assault charges, this time involving a minor. According to Times of India, an FIR has been registered against Dayal in Jaipur for allegedly raping a 17-year-old girl at a hotel in 2023 and again in April this year. The 27-year-old has been booked under section 64 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and relevant sections of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
Police reportedly told TOI that Dayal had promised the minor support in building her cricketing career in 2023. "This year, he contacted her again when he was in Jaipur on IPL duty and called her to his hotel and allegedly raped her there," SHO Anil Kumar Jaiman of Sanganer Sadar Police Station said per TOI.

These allegations come just few weeks after Dayal was accused of sexual harassment by another woman in Ghaziabad. He was then booked under section 69 of BHS for allegedly carrying out sexual acts under false pretenses of marriage or job offers. This section entails punishment of up to 10 years in prison.
The woman had alleged that she was in a relationship with Dayal for the last five years and that the cricketer had promised to marry her. She even accused him of taking money from her and other women.
His arrest was reportedly stayed on July 15 as the Allahabad High Court ordered that no coercive action must be taken against him till the next hearing.
