Follow these steps:

This will be your myGov username, email address, or mobile number, depending which you鈥檝e turned on.We鈥檒l send you a code to the email address or mobile number to sign in and change your password. If you don鈥檛 get the code, check that you used the correct username by going to the Forgot username option.
