Your customer service is beyond subpar. You’re essentially paying these people to do NOTHING but send generic messages. They so utterly unhelpful. I’ve had some many articles of clothes, that I paid d for, “moderated”, and removed. So I’m out a good bit of cold hard cash because if this. “Customer service” response was “reach out to the creator to find out why it was moderated”. How bout you create a system where if creators are moderated more than 3 times, they lose the ability to create? Again, I’ve lost money over this. Not ok. I he several accounts linked to my email. Basically, my entire family plays this game. My children are learning to act like decent humans, and it’s a process. I take responsibility for their actions. However, why is it too difficult to he an email sent to explain why the account is being moderated, and for how long they’ll be ban for? How can I he a discussion with my children if I don’t know why they been banned. Going to customer service, true to form, are worthless in helping to sort things out. When shopping please create a “basket”, or “cart”. It’s helpful to he fored items grouped together. That or create a “forites” file. I dislike hing to search through dozens upon dozens of items to find what I he decided to buy. It would also be helpful to be able to input keywords in a search bar. If I want to look at masks in face accessories, I’d search “masks”. All face masks would pop up grouped together.
