I was a customer of Ssense for many years and as of last January (a year ago), I made the tough decision of no longer ordering from them and had them delete my account altogether. Why? They were not shipping my orders and their customer service was non-existent. Obviously I’m not the only one dealing with providing funds for orders in exchange of goods. If you read their social media comments, you shall come across many similar stories of no shipping and people waiting on their orders or if ever shipped - issues arise with wrong items sent. Sure, their products and website are on par but if delaying or not shipping orders along with no customer service help, those are major issues that I cannot overlook. On the bright side - there are a plethora of other sites that are trustworthy and will ship your items on time and provide help when needed. All I can say is buy at your own risk. The aggration and frustration with my final orders with them were not worth it at all and very anxiety-inducing. P.S. Oh, don’t listen to their responses on contacting their customer care - no one answers! So what good does it make? They spend more time on responding here for their app reviews than they do with taking care of getting back to their customers on their late and/or canceled orders.
