Thanks for reaching out. If you try to reset your password with an email address but get the error that no such account exists, but creating a new account with that email or using it on an existing account also doesn't work because the email is supposedly already in use, you may he a disabled account. This means that an account with that email address exists, but logging into it is not possible. If this is what happens, consider reaching out to our support team so that they can double check this for you. If you don't he access to your account, you should be able to do that here.
If you get repeated password reset prompts, check what email address they are for and if this is the address of your main account. You can see this on the account page. If the addresses don't match, this may also show that another account exists. In that case, try these steps.
