The ombudsman replied that I need to go through the process first and advised me to email BMO at
complaint.appeal@bmo.com
Now it has been a week since I provided the complaint.appeal@bmo.com the details they asked about but I he yet to hear anything back.
Any of you he better luck with this or is there another department or email address that you had more success with to get the 2500 bonus miles from BMO?
