Digital downloads
To purchase a film in its digital format (standard or high definition), visit the film鈥檚 detailed web page on nfb.ca and go to the BUY section.
If the film is ailable for purchase in a digital format, the information will be listed under Purchase options.
48-hr rentals
Some films can be rented online for a 48-hour period. These video-on-demand (VOD) titles are usually not ailable for free streaming for reasons related to distribution rights. In these cases, the rental option is featured at the top of the film鈥檚 detailed web page.
Licensing information

You may download this film for private, personal or classroom use only. Public screenings and institutional (non-educational institutions) uses are not permitted.
Download films in standard or high definition. (Please note that bonus materials are not ailable for DTO films.)

The institutional price includes the rights to screen the film in institutional settings and at free public screenings.
