“So this was a bad experience despite the stars that am giving.
I ordered on the app at 8:30pm this evening for two pies and some breadsticks. A meal my wife has been cring since we he been in the hospital this week hing a baby boy. Now that we are home and settled in I said I would order it and he it delivered, so that is what I did. I ordered it and it said it was $39.98 and would be delivered by 9:14. So around 9 I check the app and it says it is now a carry out. So I don’t fuss with it and just drive the 7 minutes to the store. They say they don’t he an order in the system and that I will he to call a number to talk with customer support because the app is not the same as the stores system and they can’t just honor how much was taken out of my bank account. So I call the number and and talk with Linda whom I can barely understand thru her extremely thick Indian accent. She tells me that I will he my money back in my account within two weeks and that there is nothing more she can do with me. ( I do not like Linda she was very unhelpful).
I go back into the store and James met me at the counter and I can only assume that he is the store manager or someone higher up in the Pizza Hut chain. Because he was so helpful. He could tell that I was not happy and that I was hing a hard time with all of this malarkey. He was understanding of my situation and made sure to make my reordering process a breeze and not stressfull. But most of all he hustled and made sure everything was right and he did it all with a kind smile on his face. If this man is not a mangager he definitely needs to be considered for the position. Because he handled himself very well even with several other people ordering food and picking up orders while all this was going on.
