If 7777 is UP but you can’t access the page, try one of the below solutions:
Browser’s cache. Most popular browsers use page caching to se frequently requested resources on the user’s computer, thus reducing bandwidth consumption and speeding up the browser. To obtain the latest version of the page, ignoring the cache, use the combination Ctrl + F5.
