Pros:- Great selection- Easy site nigation - Good style inspiration Cons:- Returns: if you are returning something from Canada, the shipping back is expensive. The return policy is a bit unclear but I contacted customer service after I had already shipped the items and you can opt for the cheaper $20 shipping and which takes 2 months for it to arrive back in the UK. Unfortunately I read the policy as it needed to be returned in 45 days and thought I had to choose the $50 shipping option.- DHL: You will pay 1/3 of your order in customs. If you need to return something you will need to fill out a B2G form and mail it in to request the taxes back. - Overpriced: brands like boohoo and pretty little thing and double the price on Asos compared to the brand’s direct site which often has a 50% off sale. These sites also he a Canadian return address so my advice is to order from there instead of Asos.Overall, this will be my last time ordering from Asos and I would not recommend to a friend. I he paid $150 in shipping and taxes on a $300 order and am left feeling a bit robbed. Last thing. I’m also put off that this is the only place I could find to review my experience? It really makes me question the integrity of the company. Anyway, I’m not sure anybody really reads app reviews but hopefully, this one helps.
