Hey there!
Nice to meet you! I'm Darhyl, an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry you are experiencing this on Bing Search. No worries, let me help you sort this out.
According to their official website:
"Bing doesn't control the content that websites publish or that appears in Bing search results. To make sure content is removed from search results, your best option is to contact the webmaster for the website that published the content and request that it be deleted or removed. Even if Bing removes the URL from search results, it will continue to exist and can be discovered by going directly to the web address until the webmaster removes the content from their website."

I'm afraid the only option to escalate this is to contact Bing Support in which you he already done that to no ail. There seems to be no option to disable/remove search results in Bing. It is also not possible to escalate this through the Webmaster tools since you are not a webmaster or a site owner.
In this case, I highly recommend you submit your feedback to Bing directly. Here's how:
> From the bing.com home page, hit the three bars in the top-right corner ("settings and quick links").
> In that menu, hit the "feedback" option.
> Complete the feedback form.
Nothing to worry, Microsoft greatly appreciates any feedback from their customers on how to fix or improve their overall services.
Just a gentle reminder that we are only Microsoft users just like you here in this community. We are not Microsoft employees and we do not he access to any Microsoft System.
